To make a price request or booking a van or truck the field unitPackageType of lines is a mandatory field.
Cargoboard offers its customers a total of 5 options (Curtain-side van, Tarpaulin Sprinter XXL, Truck 7.5 to., Truck 12 to. and Truck 40 to.)
All of this options expect 40 to. Truck have to be booked with the DIRECT product (See Shipment Product.
For booking 40 to. Truck product STANDARD or EXPRESS.
The following values can be specified in the field unitPackageType:
DIRECT_BUS_PLANE: This type is used to book a Curtain-side van. The vehicle can take up to 1000kg per transport.
DIRECT_BUS_PLANE_XXL: This type is used to book a Tarpaulin Sprinter XXL. The vehicle can take up to 1100kg per transport.
DIRECT_TRUCK_7_5: This type is used to book a Truck 7.5 to. The vehicle can take up to 2500kg per transport.
DIRECT_TRUCK_12: This type is used to book a Truck 12 to. The vehicle can take up to 5000kg per transport.
DIRECT_TRUCK_40: This type is used to book a Truck 40 to. The vehicle can take up to 24000kg per transport.
In addition the loading and unloading type could be changed. This could be done in shipper.loadingType and consignee.unloadingType.
The following values can be specified for this:
RAMP: If the vehicle should be loaded/unloaded via a ramp.
SIDE: If the vehicle should be loaded/unloaded from the side.
CRANE: If the vehicle needs a open roof to be loaded/unloaded from the top via crane.
LIFTING_PLATFORM_OR_TAIL_LIFT_TRUCK: If the vehicle needs to be loaded/unloaded via liftig platform or tail lift.
Please note: If you want to book a tail lift please send shipper.wantsTailLiftTruck and/or consignee.wantsTailLiftTruck in addition as true.
